TRAINING PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS

 

What is this program about?

Seniority is the length of time that an individual has served in a job or worked for an organization. Seniority can bring higher status, rank, or precedence to an employee who has served for a longer period of time. Towards Successful Seniority™ is a group method during which the participants recognize their own strengths and needs for development, and set the personal goals for their future careers. Within the group the participants manage to identify how to balance work, family, time for relaxation and other essentials of life.

Who is the program for?

The course is open for teachers, trainers and lecturers of any kind. In the safe environment inside the group the participants will reflect the quality of their work life and potentially take decisions for its further development. The focus will be given to the problem areas the teachers have to face in their professional life.

Organization of the program:

Duration: 16 working hours - spread into 3 days

The following learning methods will be used during the program: workshops, active involvement of the learners, learning-by-doing, group learning, facilitation

Place: České Budějovice and Prague

Language: The course will be held in English language

Term open for registration: Upon request

Travelling days: one day before and after the course term.

Do not hesitate with your application, the size of the group is limited to 15 participants.

Price:

Course fee: 200€ (The price includes the course fee and all training materials)

Individual subsistence costs: 300€ (The price includes accommodation for 4 nights, full boarding from Tuesday lunch till Thursday dinner, and all transportation in the Czech Republic).

The price doesn’t include: flight tickets to and from Prague, boarding on Monday and Friday.
