This programme helps young people to develop the emotional, social, and critical thinking skills needed to navigate social media and the blended online-offline world with confidence, authenticity, and responsibility. This training course helps students make sense of this complexity and enables them to build healthier relationships with social media, technology, and themselves.
The programme has been designed for secondary school students aged 14-18 years old.
• Develop emotional literacy and empathy in digital and real-life contexts.
