Lucie Brzáková

Director & Project Manager

Lucie Brzáková is the Director and a Project Coordinator of the association. With degrees from the Technical University in Zvolen (1993) and Ostrava (1995), she has worked in education and project management since 1997. Lucie has led numerous projects in programme design, HR development, quality management, and social services. She is an experienced manager, trainer, and educational programme designer for diverse target groups. She regularly contributes to scientific conferences on educational system development in the Czech Republic and the EU. Lucie is also certified as an Age Management Auditor (2017) and a facilitator in “Towards Successful Seniority” (2018).

Katerina Musilová

Teacher Trainer & Inclusion Specialist

Katerina Musilová holds an MA in English and History from Palacký University Olomouc, along with a qualification in pedagogy and a specialised course in modern English teaching methods. With over 20 years of experience in public and private schools, she currently works as a teacher and translator. Katerina is also active in the home-schooling community, focusing on children with specialised needs and creative teaching approaches. She collaborates with the Czech Association for Home Education and other organisations to promote innovative methods and new technologies in education. Known for her strong organisational skills and deep understanding of the Czech education system, she is also a fluent English speaker.

Pippa Thompson

Project Coordinator & Web Developer

Pippa Thompson works as a project coordinator, web developer, and educational resource designer for ProEduca. She graduated from Edinburgh Napier University Business School in 2022 with a degree in Languages and Communication and has completed several European certifications in frontend web development. Pippa contributes to the development of digital learning materials used across ProEduca’s educational projects. She has experience designing open educational resources, creating video-based microlessons, and ensuring the accessibility and usability of digital materials. As a TEFL certification holder and former language tutor, she also supports capacity building activities for trainers in adult and VET education.

Romana Fornusková

HR Consultant & Age Management Specialist

Romana Fornusková is a consultant specialising in human resources management and organisational development. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Andragogy with a focus on personnel management from Palacký University in Olomouc and an MBA in Excellent Management and Leadership from Essential College in Brno. Romana has more than 15 years of experience in HR and over five years in leadership roles, including positions in senior management. She has worked as an HR Director and consultant focusing on recruitment, organisational strategy, employee development, and workplace climate assessment. Romana is also a certified Age Management Auditor (2021), an Equal Pay Auditor (2024), and an authorised trainer of the “Professional Seniority” methodology.

Technical Manager & Operations Coordinator

Jan Brzák is a technical manager with extensive experience in engineering, automation, and production management. He graduated from the Secondary Industrial School in České Budějovice with a specialisation in electrical engineering. Jan has worked for many years in manufacturing and technical environments, where he has managed engineering and automation departments, implemented new production technologies, and optimised manufacturing processes. His professional experience includes leading technical teams, developing automation solutions, and overseeing maintenance and production systems. He has also worked in project management and technical consultancy, supporting organisations in improving operational efficiency and implementing advanced technological solutions.

Fullstack Engineer & Web Application Developer

Jan Schupke is a software engineer specialising in the development of modern web applications and digital platforms. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Security and Computer Networks from the University of South Bohemia. Jan has over ten years of experience in software development, working with technologies such as React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to build scalable and user-focused web applications. He has contributed to the development of large-scale platforms and AI-powered automation tools, and has experience mentoring developers and improving development workflows within international teams. Jan works with agile methodologies and has extensive experience collaborating in remote and cross-cultural environments.
