About the Project

DataPro aims to guide young people to better understand how their personal data is used, protected, and valued in today’s digital world. By framing data protection as a fundamental human right, the project aims to build digital literacy and confidence among students, helping them navigate online environments safely, ethically, and critically.

Project Outputs

The project will develop a research-based curriculum on data privacy and protection, accompanied by national syllabi tailored to local contexts. It also produced a suite of interactive tools, including quizzes, games, microlearning content, and an innovative AI-powered Conversation Agent that supports personalised, anonymous exploration of key data topics. These tools are designed for flexible use in classrooms or self-study.

Project Materials

All the materials created within this project are available to the public for free. All outputs will be available in 2026.

An innovative way to teach students about data privacy and cybersecurity, the DataPro AI Assistant is a tool that lets students ask data privacy related questions in any language and receive personalised answers, in a safe and anonymous online environment.
