About the Project

Vocational teachers and training organizers from the Panevezys Labour Market Training Center in Lithuania participated in a week-long Erasmus+ KA1 project visit focused on distance learning in vocational education and training (VET). During the visit, participants acquired theoretical and practical knowledge on designing open and distance learning programmes tailored to VET contexts, including curriculum development, tutoring, monitoring, and evaluation. They developed skills in using learning management systems (such as Moodle and Google Office) and conducted SWOT analyses specifically for distance learning in VET. Learning was supported by daily tasks, self-study, and independent project work culminating in the design of a practical distance learning course. Participants received extensive learning materials for future use.

For ProEduca, hosting this tailor-made project strengthened its capacity to deliver distance learning as a subject within its offerings, allowing it to expand services to European customers. The experience also demonstrated ProEduca’s ability to organise bespoke Erasmus+ activities aligned with partners’ needs.
