About the Project
The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted vocational education and training, especially the work-based learning essential for skills development. This project supports non-IT vocational schools in digitalising their courses by adopting a flipped work-based learning model, enabling more effective integration of practical learning with digital tools. It aims to bridge the gap in digital competence and provide tailored approaches that improve the quality and accessibility of vocational training across diverse sectors.
Project Outputs
The project will deliver a comprehensive curriculum for flipped work-based learning, a guide with training materials and an online toolkit to assist vocational providers in the digitalisation process, and a self-learning platform that consolidates all project resources for easy access by educators and learners.
