This programme helps young people to understand, explore, and act on
today’s most pressing environmental issues. Students will gain critical insights into
climate change, circular economy, biodiversity, sustainable consumption, and more.
Through interactive sessions, creative tasks, and hands-on challenges, learners will
develop green competences aligned with the EU’s GreenComp framework – all while
earning digital badges through a microcertification platform. The experience combines
learning, teamwork, creativity, and action, preparing young people to become
sustainability leaders in their schools and communities.
The programme has been designed for secondary school students aged 14-18 years old.
• Understanding the foundations of sustainability and circular thinking.
• Knowledge of key green topics such as plastic pollution, water use,
biodiversity, and sustainable consumption.
• Strengthening of digital and media literacy through critical evaluation and creative
expression.
• Application of knowledge in practical challenges and teamwork-based problem solving.
• Use of the DEED microcertification platform and recognition for progress.
• Reflection on personal actions and design change projects for schools or
communities.
Duration: 10 day programme.
The programme covers the following topics:
Location: České Budějovice and Prague.
Language: The course will be held in English language.

Travel days: one day before and after the course term.
Course fee: The price includes the course fee and all training materials.
Individual subsistence costs: The price includes accommodation for the duration of the course (full board), all transportation within the Czech Republic, and any selected cultural activities.
Please note, the price does not include flight tickets to and from Prague.
