Youth exchange programme (suitable for KA1 in Youth). To register your interest for this programme, please get in touch.
This Youth Exchange brings young people together to explore today’s most urgent environmental challenges and to take action for a more sustainable future. Instead of classroom lessons, the programme uses non-formal methods such as outdoor activities, teamwork challenges, creative workshops, simulations, and peer-led projects. Participants will dive into topics like climate change, biodiversity, circular economy, and sustainable consumption, and will transform their ideas into real projects and creative outputs they can share with others.
The programme is intended for young people aged 14–18 who are curious about environmental issues, motivated to act for the planet, and open to intercultural teamwork. It welcomes participants from different countries and backgrounds, making sustainability not just a topic to study but a shared experience to live and create together.
Understanding of core sustainability concepts such as climate change, biodiversity, and circular economy.
Experience with hands-on eco-challenges and teamwork-based problem solving.
Skills in critical media literacy, recognising eco-misinformation and evaluating environmental campaigns.
Confidence in using creative expression (digital media, art, storytelling) to share messages about sustainability.
Motivation to act locally through the design of mini-projects for schools or communities.
Intercultural experience that strengthens cooperation, solidarity, and shared responsibility for the environment.
