In education, integration refers to combining multiple subjects or concepts into a single lesson. Integrated lessons go beyond just blending topics — they connect different subject areas while focusing on a specific learning objective.
This approach is already common in elementary education, where one teacher often covers several subjects. But integrated lessons can be just as powerful in secondary, vocational, or adult education. With the right approach, any subject can benefit from integration.
In this course, you’ll explore innovative strategies for designing integrated lessons tailored to your teaching context — and create one of your own.
The programme is open for teachers and trainers who want to upgrade their classes using an integrative approach for the lesson design. The course content is grounded in our extensive teaching experience and insights gained from participation in numerous international research projects.
