At ProEduca, we create non-formal education programmes that engage young people in active, experiential, and meaningful learning. Our activities go beyond classroom walls, offering teenagers the chance to explore real issues, share experiences with peers, and grow both personally and socially.
These programmes are designed to fit Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA1 Youth) and related initiatives. Using interactive workshops, games, creative projects, and reflection, young people develop resilience, confidence, and critical competences for life in today’s rapidly changing world.
Our youth programmes are created as non-formal learning experiences where young people learn by doing, sharing, and reflecting together. Sessions combine workshops, creative projects, outdoor tasks, and intercultural teamwork, ensuring every participant takes an active role. We cooperate with youth organisations, schools, and community groups to create safe and inspiring spaces for learning outside the classroom. Each programme builds on participation, creativity, and peer-to-peer exchange, helping young people strengthen their voice, broaden their perspective, and grow as active citizens. Whether in the Czech Republic or abroad, these programmes enable teenagers to gain resilience, confidence, and competences that prepare them not only for their future careers, but also for meaningful engagement in society.
Our youth programmes share the same themes as our student training, but are delivered through a non-formal, participatory approach. This makes them suitable for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, where peer-to-peer learning, creativity, and intercultural teamwork play a central role.
