This programme is designed for teenagers who want to better understand
themselves, strengthen their emotional resilience, and begin to shape their personal
vision of the future. Based on the internationally recognized methodology Towards
Successful Seniority, the program has been adapted for young people and offers a
unique mix of individual reflection, practical tools, and collaborative activities.
Through guided workshops, games, creative activities, and peer conversations,
participants will explore their strengths, learn to cope with uncertainty, set realistic
goals, and improve their communication and relationship skills. The course helps young
people build confidence in their own abilities and prepare for future challenges – in
school, relationships, and life.
The programme has been designed for secondary school students aged 14-18 years old.
• Identify personal strengths, values, and interests.
• Learn how to set and work toward meaningful goals.
• Understand how to manage stress and cope with change.
• Develop greater emotional awareness and communication skills.
• Strengthen self-esteem and confidence in decision-making.
• Create a personal action plan for next steps in life or learning.
Duration: 5 day programme.
The programme covers the following topics:
Location: České Budějovice and Prague.
Language: The course will be held in English language.

Travel days: one day before and after the course term.
Course fee: The price includes the course fee and all training materials.
Individual subsistence costs: The price includes accommodation for the duration of the course (full board), all transportation within the Czech Republic, and any selected cultural activities.
Please note, the price does not include flight tickets to and from Prague.
