Youth exchange programme (suitable for KA1 in Youth). To register your interest for this programme, please get in touch.
This Youth Exchange gives teenagers the space to reflect on who they are, what they value, and how they can face the challenges of an uncertain future with confidence. Instead of formal lessons, the programme uses non-formal activities such as games, creative workshops, storytelling, peer mentoring, and group challenges. Participants explore their strengths, share experiences with peers from other countries, and co-create practical tools to cope with stress, set goals, and build supportive relationships.
The programme is designed for young people aged 14–18 who want to strengthen their self-esteem, emotional resilience, and ability to navigate change. It is open to participants from different cultural and social backgrounds, creating an intercultural environment where teenagers learn from one another and discover new perspectives on personal growth and the future.
