Seniority is the length of time that an individual has served in a job or worked for an organization. Seniority can bring higher status, rank, or precedence to an employee who has served for a longer period of time. Towards Successful Seniority™ is a group method during which the participants recognise their own strengths and needs for development, and set the personal goals for their future careers. Within the group the participants manage to identify how to balance the demanding work of a school leader with family, time for relaxation and other essentials of life.

The programme is open for school administration workers, directors and managers of any kind. In the safe environment within the group, participants will reflect on the quality of their work life and potentially take decisions for its further development.

Duration: 16 working hours – spread into 3 days

The following learning methods will be used during the programme: workshops, active involvement of the learners, learning-by-doing, group learning, facilitation.

Location: České Budějovice and Prague.

Language: The course will be held in English language.

Travel days: one day before and after the course term.

The size of the group is limited to 15 participants.

Course fee: 200€ (The price includes the course fee and all training materials).

Individual subsistence costs: 300€ (The price includes accommodation for 4 nights, full boarding from Tuesday lunch till Thursday dinner, and all transportation in the Czech Republic).

The price doesn’t include: flight tickets to and from Prague, boarding on Monday and Friday.
