AI for Everyday Productivity

A hands-on introduction to using AI tools as daily assistants for planning, writing, learning, and problem-solving—focused on real tasks rather than technical theory.

Adult learners who want to save time and think more clearly at work or at home, including beginners who have never used AI before.

By the end of the training, participants will have learned:

• How to communicate with AI effectively: asking good questions and refining results
• How to use AI for planning (schedules, trips, projects, meals, budgeting ideas)
• How to improve writing and communication (emails, messages, summaries, tone)
• How to learn faster: explanations, practice questions, and personalised study plans
• How to check reliability and avoid common mistakes (hallucinations, bias, oversharing)

It gives immediate, practical benefits—less time spent on routine tasks and more confidence in learning and decision-making.

Duration: 5 training days.

Learning methods: workshops, active involvement of the learners, learning-by-doing, group learning, facilitation.

Location: České Budějovice and/or Prague.

Language: The course will be held in English language.

Travel days: one day before and after the course term or according to the mutual agreement with the sending organisation.

Course fee: The price includes the course fee and all training materials. 

Individual subsistence costs: The price includes accommodation for the duration of the course (full board), all transportation within the Czech Republic, and any selected cultural activities.

Please note, the price does not include flight tickets to and from Prague.
