Mobility Opportunities in Adult Education
Our mobility options in adult education are designed to support both adult educators and adult learners in developing relevant, life-oriented competences. The programmes address key challenges in adult learning, including digital and media literacy, critical thinking, sustainability, learner engagement, and recognition of learning outcomes. Through courses, job shadowing, and short-term learner mobilities, participants gain practical skills and approaches that respond to real-life needs and evolving social and labour market contexts.
Types of Mobility Activities Offered
- Courses and Training for Adult Education Teachers: Professional development programmes focusing on innovative adult learning approaches, including digital and media literacy, artificial intelligence in education, microlearning, critical thinking, interactive learning methods, and micro-credentialling. Duration: 3 days (24 training hours).
Job Shadowing for Adult Education Teachers: Job shadowing opportunities for adult educators, trainers, and coordinators to observe adult learning practices, learner engagement strategies, and organisational approaches in international adult education settings. Duration: flexible, 2-5 days.
Short-Term Learning Mobility of Adult Learners: Short-term mobility programmes designed to strengthen essential competences for everyday life through practical, learner-centred, and experience-based activities in an international environment. Duration: 5 days.
