Mobility Options in Vocational Education
Our mobility options in vocational education and training support teachers and trainers in strengthening modern, competence-based VET provision. The programmes focus on practical teaching approaches, work-based learning, sustainability and green skills, digital tools, and inclusive training methods. Through courses and job shadowing, participants gain concrete tools, ready-to-use materials, and transferable practices that can be directly applied in vocational classrooms and workshops.
Types of Mobility Activities Offered
- Courses and Training for VET Teachers and Trainers
Our courses and training for VET teachers are designed to strengthen professional competences and support innovation in vocational education and training. The programmes focus on practical, work-based learning approaches, sustainability and green skills, digital and media literacy, and inclusive teaching practices. Duration: 3 days (24 training hours). - Job Shadowing for VET Teachers: A structured job-shadowing experience in which VET teachers and trainers observe and actively cooperate with ProEduca on the full cycle of designing modern, competence-based vocational learning. Participants follow one or two focused tracks (AI-supported lesson design, microlearning pathways, or green VET integration) and co-develop concrete, VET-ready outputs under the guidance of an assigned mentor. Duration: flexible, 2-5 days.
