AI-Supported Course Creation

A hands-on programme for adult educators who want to use AI to design and produce high-quality learning units faster—without losing pedagogical clarity, inclusivity, or coherence. Participants work through a complete “production workflow” that can be replicated in their own organisation.

Adult education trainers, facilitators, instructional designers, programme coordinators, and staff responsible for developing learning materials or upgrading existing courses.

By the end of the training, participants will have learned:

• How to translate real learner needs into clear outcomes and a structured course outline using AI support
• How to create strong microlearning units, activities, scenarios, and facilitator notes with consistent quality
• How to produce learner-friendly visuals, worksheets, and interactive elements efficiently
• How to build simple assessment and feedback (including micro-credentials/badges, if relevant)
• How to review, fact-check, and adapt AI outputs to different adult learner profiles and levels of digital confidence

It gives you a practical, repeatable workflow that reduces preparation time while improving consistency and learner engagement. You leave with templates, tested prompt structures, and a ready-to-use prototype module you can implement immediately.

Duration: 24 teaching hours – spread into 3 days.

Learning methods: workshops, active involvement of the learners, learning-by-doing, group learning, facilitation.

Location: České Budějovice and/or Prague.

Language: The course will be held in English language.

Travel days: one day before and after the course term or according to the mutual agreement with the sending organisation.

Course fee: The price includes the course fee and all training materials. 

Individual subsistence costs: The price includes accommodation for the duration of the course (full board), all transportation within the Czech Republic, and any selected cultural activities.

Please note, the price does not include flight tickets to and from Prague.
