A practical programme that helps adult educators teach critical thinking and information judgement in everyday contexts. It focuses on how adults form opinions, why misinformation spreads, and how to build simple, repeatable verification habits—without turning the topic into abstract theory or political debate.
Adult education trainers, facilitators, programme coordinators, and organisations working with diverse adult groups (including mixed digital confidence, different educational backgrounds, and mixed media habits).
By the end of the training, participants will have learned:
It strengthens adults’ ability to make informed decisions and reduces vulnerability to manipulation in daily life. Educators leave with a ready-to-use set of activities and facilitation approaches that work across audiences and formats.
Duration: 24 teaching hours – spread into 3 days.
Learning methods: workshops, active involvement of the learners, learning-by-doing, group learning, facilitation.
Location: České Budějovice and/or Prague.
Language: The course will be held in English language.

Travel days: one day before and after the course term or according to the mutual agreement with the sending organisation.
Course fee: The price includes the course fee and all training materials.
Individual subsistence costs: The price includes accommodation for the duration of the course (full board), all transportation within the Czech Republic, and any selected cultural activities.
Please note, the price does not include flight tickets to and from Prague.
