Job Shadowing for VET Teachers

Track 1: AI-supported lesson planning for VET (advanced workflows)

• Observation of how we convert outcomes into tasks, worksheets, scenarios, and differentiation
• Co-development of one VET-ready lesson package with quality checks

Track 2: Microlearning for VET (modular skill units)

• Observation of micro-unit storyboarding and sequencing into coherent pathways
• Co-design of a short modular pathway (e.g., 4–6 micro-units) for one vocational topic

Track 3: Green VET integration (GreenComp + circular economy in practice)

• Observation of embedding sustainability into vocational routines (materials, waste, energy, processes, quality)
• Co-design of one practical “green upgrade” task sequence for a chosen field

• Each participant is assigned a main mentor at ProEduca (the person being shadowed).
• A maximum of two participants shadow the same mentor at the same time.

• 2–3 days (focused): one track + one concrete prototype output
• 5 days (full): two tracks + implementation plan and templates pack
• Any duration within the eligible range can be agreed.

• A ready-to-pilot lesson/module draft (VET-ready tasks + materials outline)
• Reusable templates (micro-unit structure, scenario formats)
• A practical transfer plan (how to implement in their VET setting in the next 30 days)

Course fee: The price includes the course fee and all training materials. 

Individual subsistence costs: The price includes accommodation for the duration of the course (full board), all transportation within the Czech Republic, and any selected cultural activities.

Please note, the price does not include flight tickets to and from Prague.
