Microlearning Studio for Adults

Courses and training for adult education teachers. To register your interest for this programme, please get in touch.

What is this programme about?

A practical “design studio” where participants learn how to create short, high-impact learning units that work well for adult learners with limited time and mixed motivation. The programme focuses on turning complex topics into clear, engaging micro-units that can be delivered face-to-face, online, or in blended formats.

Who is the programme for?

Adult education trainers, facilitators, instructional designers, programme coordinators, and staff who design or update courses and want to make them more flexible, engaging, and easier to deliver.

What will you learn from this programme?

By the end of the training, participants will have learned:

  • How adults learn in short formats: motivation, relevance, cognitive load, and transfer to real life
  • How to design a microlearning unit with clear outcomes, a strong hook, and a realistic time plan
  • How to build a coherent learning pathway from multiple micro-units (without fragmentation)
  • How to create simple, effective activities, reflection prompts, and practice tasks for adult learners
  • How to test and improve micro-units using quick feedback and quality checks
Why is this programme valuable?

You gain a repeatable method for designing learning that fits adult schedules and improves completion rates. You leave with ready-to-use templates and at least one microlearning unit (or a small sequence) that you can implement immediately.
